What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
We prorate to the day. You pay only the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle, and your renewal date stays the same.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — every plan includes a 60-day money-back guarantee. After that window, annual subscriptions are refunded pro rata for any unused full months.
Do you charge per broker connection or per account?
Plans are priced per user workspace, not per broker. You get a set number of broker connections included in each tier, and you can add more connections on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Can we pay by invoice for Enterprise?
Absolutely. Enterprise customers can switch to annual invoicing with net-30 payment terms. Email sales@forexbotpro.com and we'll set it up within one business day.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan so you can test all strategies, broker integrations, and real-time monitoring before committing. No credit card required to start.
What brokers are supported on each plan?
All plans support Exness, Exness Limited, Just Markets, and other top forex brokers. The difference is in the number of simultaneous connections: Starter allows 2, Professional allows 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
